  WTF of the Day What is up with dog owners? I constantly see little plastic bags of dog poop lying along side the trails. (And I'm sure not everyone comes back & gets them.) I can not even begin to fathom the thought process involved in this decision. If you don't intend to carry it, why do you even bag it? Wouldn't it be much simpler to just kick it off the trail. It certainly is better for the environment that dispersing little plastic bags all over creation.

  The Next Stimulus In the news today: Congress is considering a plan to pay criminals to not commit crimes. The House believes it will both stimulate the economy and lessen the burden on our nations prison system. Lobbyist representing police unions from around the country are working to kill the measure.
