The Last Time
... I'm warning you guys, this is the last time I sign a bill with earmarks. .... Sounds like some juvenile ranting.
Come on Barry, where is that change you promised. Why don't you just veto the whole thing. Then send all the federal workers home on unpaid furlough (just like a whole bunch of companies are doing). Make the congress & senate work without pay until they finish a new spending bill with no earmarks & no growth (just like most corporations are doing). Look how much money you'll save the tax payers. It could be the first step on the long road back to a balanced budget.
And while you are at it, tell Pelosi and company they are going to start flying coach with the auto execs.
